Q: What has my package been sent back to me?

A: When your package is sent back to you, it may be due to multiple reasons.
One of the possible reasons is that your item does not fit into the item categories stated by you in the Account Management section of Web Santa. Web Santa's gift exchange service is set up such that the disparity of exchanged items in terms of relevance or value is minimised to reduce cases of gifts being of little to no use to their recipients, or potential gifters being discouraged due to a fear of losing out on item value.
Another reason is that your item may not have followed the guidelines for items stated in the home page. If you have any queries, you can find my contact information in the About Us page of Web Santa.

Q: What if the gift I recevied is damaged?

A: Please send an email at customer_service_email@gmail.com, providing photos of the damaged item and package if applicable, and your Web Santa email and password for verification. We apologise for the inconvenience caused!

Q: What if I'm not at home when an item is delivered to me?

A: When the item reaches the house of the recipeint, but no one answers the door, the item will then be returned to our HQ for safekeeping, and for the recipient to do self-collection. If you are coming to our HQ to collect your item, please provide your email address and password of this account for verification.
